If your Goal-Mapping Review doesn't leave you with a clear plan, the $69 comes back — you only need to say so in a reply within seven days of receiving it. If a written mini-plan was delivered and you keep it, the Review fee is otherwise non-refundable, though it still credits toward the program for 90 days.

Try the full program for a week. If it's not a fit, tell us within 7 days of your onboarding date and we'll refund your program payment in full — no forms, no exit interview, no hard feelings. (The consult fee is not refunded once a plan was delivered, per section 1.)

Every message in your private channel is answered within one business day. If we miss it, that week of your program is free — applied automatically as a credit or refund, your choice.

Guide purchases are processed by our storefront partner as merchant of record. Because guides are delivered instantly and in full, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — but if a guide genuinely isn't what its description promised, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Every guide purchase credits toward the program if you join within 90 days.

Monthly continuation can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the paid month. Prepaid 3-month periods are refundable pro-rata for full unused months if you cancel.

Email us at support@cofactormethod.com or say it in your private channel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Specific weight, body-composition, or health outcomes; specific timelines; or specific amounts of change. Our program is built to help you keep your results — the follow-through is a partnership, and your results are your own.
